What is Instagram?

Instagram is a fun & quirky way to share your life with friends through a series of pictures. Snap a photo with your iPhone, then choose a filter to transform the look and feel of the shot into a memory to keep around forever. We’re building the platform to allow you to experience moments in your friends’ lives through pictures as they happen. We imagine a world more connected through images of what happens around them – whether through friends or people across the world.

Change the language Instagram is set to

            Right now, Instagram will appear in the same language that your device is set to. To change your language setting on your device, go to your Settings application. We will certainly consider adding a language setting in future versions of the app.

Open the Settings app for more options (Android only)

To find additional settings for Instagram on Android -- including uninstalling the application and clearing your cache and data -- please follow these steps:

●                             Exit the Instagram application

●                             Find the Settings application on your device

●                             Select Applications > Manage Applications > Instagram

●                             You will see options to Uninstall (remove the Instagram application from your phone), clear your cache and clear your data (reset all of the memory on your phone). Simply click the corresponding button for the option you would like.
